Shipping Policy

Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we ship CogniKid. If your question isn't answered here, please email support@elurais.com and we'll get back to you within 24 hours, every day of the week.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Subscription renewal orders are processed on the renewal date you selected at sign-up. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.

Shipping times

  • United States: typically 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.
  • United Kingdom: typically 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.
  • Other international destinations: typically 7 to 14 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and local customs processing.

Estimated delivery times are provided by our shipping partners and can vary due to weather, holidays, customs delays or carrier issues outside of our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping option and order total. Promotions such as free shipping over a certain order value will be shown at checkout when they apply.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, we'll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

International orders, customs and import taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other fees charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping charges. Delivery times for international orders can be affected by customs processing.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, email support@elurais.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships.

Lost, stolen or damaged packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then email support@elurais.com within 7 days so we can help investigate. If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo where possible. We'll either send a replacement or issue a refund, whichever you prefer.
