If you're not happy with CogniKid for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. You don't need to send the tub back. Just email us at support@elurais.com and our team will take care of it.
You can cancel, pause, skip or change your subscription at any time, with no fees and no hold time. The easiest way is to log into your account and manage it from your customer portal, but if you'd rather we handle it for you, email support@elurais.com and we'll cancel it the same day, every day of the week.
To make sure a charge isn't processed for your next shipment, please cancel at least 24 hours before your next scheduled order.
Once a refund is approved, we process it on our end within 24 hours. After that, it typically takes 1 to 5 business days for the funds to appear back on your original payment method, depending on your bank or card issuer.
If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or you received the wrong product, please email us at support@elurais.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo where possible. We'll either send a replacement or issue a refund, whichever you prefer.
